Pricing starts at $1,150 for our 30x30 configuration. Final pricing depends on tent size, add-ons, and delivery distance.
What size tent do I need for my guest count?
30x30 (900 sq ft): 60–100 guests

30x60 (1,800 sq ft): 140–180 guests

Is delivery and setup included in the price?
Setup and takedown are included in every tent rental — our crew handles full installation and breakdown, this is never a drop-off-only service. Delivery itself is priced separately based on distance from our warehouse. Additional labor fees may apply for access challenges like stairs, hills, or uneven terrain.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to lock in your date and preferred equipment — popular weekends go fast. Reservations made within 10 days of the event may be subject to an expedited service fee, so booking sooner helps you avoid that cost.
Will you still set up if there's rain in the forecast?
Yes — light to moderate rain doesn't stop setup or your event. We only pause installation if conditions become unsafe, such as severe storms, lightning, or high winds. Normal rain is exactly what tents are built for.
Can I add sidewalls, lighting, or a dance floor?
Yes — sidewalls, lighting, and dance floor rentals can all be added to your tent package to fit your event's needs.
What are your payment, cancellation, and refund policies?
A 50% down payment confirms your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Down payments are non-refundable to guarantee your desired items. We understand plans change, so please refer to our full contract for detailed cancellation terms.
